Which areas does BBnet cover?
We currently serve Mombasa Island, Nyali, Bamburi, Shanzu, Mtwapa, Likoni, Changamwe, Kisauni, Tudor, Kongowea, Utange, Kiembeni, Kikambala, Vipingo, Kanamai, Majaoni, Bombolulu, Kashani, Jomvu, Mikindani, Miritini and Mazeras, with Diani and Kilifi coming soon. How long does installation take?
Installation normally takes less than 2 hours, depending on the site. Once coverage at your location is confirmed, we'll book a time that suits you.
Are your packages really unlimited?
Yes. Every package is truly unlimited, with no FUP and no data caps. Stream, study and work as much as you need.
How do I pay?
Pay monthly via M-Pesa Paybill 4155931. On M-Pesa, enter your BBnet account number in the "Account Number" field.
What happens if my internet goes down?
Report the fault via WhatsApp, phone or live chat. Our network is monitored 24/7, and technicians are dispatched when a fault can't be fixed remotely.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. Your current package runs until it expires, and your new package then starts from the next period. Just let us know which package you'd like before your current one ends.
Do you provide a router?
Yes. Residential customers contribute toward router and cabling costs while BBnet supplies and maintains the wireless radio (CPE), which remains company property. Corporate installations are surveyed and quoted individually. The Wi-Fi router is yours to keep. Upgrades such as Wi-Fi 6 and mesh systems are available for larger homes.
